This permission does NOT include our restricted-access consultancy publications and reports which are accessible only to our subscribing clients.

3. Registration and Subscriptions

3.1. As a Registered User or Subscriber, you agree on that we may refer to the name of your business and to the services we have provided you with while marketing our business. 

3.2. All publications via our Website including its associated emails and communications are governed by this Terms of Use Agreement.

3.3. Upon registration at our Website, you will be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email, business address, and you need to set up a password for your account.

3.4. A registered account can be used only for one single user. Our Users/Subscribers cannot share their account details with others in any way. 

3.5. All materials that we provide via subscriptions are intended for the sole use of the named User(s). Such materials MUST NOT be forwarded or re-distributed internally or externally.

3.6. Access to our products and services cannot be transferred or assigned without prior official permission from us.

3.7. In order to access our products and services on this Website, you must register with us as either a Registered User or a Subscriber, as follows:

a. As a Registered-User, you may sign up for a temporary trial subscription through which you may access certain materials published on our Website free of charge.

b. Trial subscription is granted for our Website users in order to enable them to experience our publications. 

c. As a formal subscriber, you may have full access to the products/services you have subscribed to for the specified timeframe/subscription period that you have paid for.

d. Renewal of subscriptions is automatic upon the expiration date of the subscription period unless the subscriber requests not to renew their subscription(s) prior to their expiration date.

e. You are responsible for the payment of all charges associated with the use of the Service/Products accessed using your log in details.

f. Subscription payments must be made in either GBP or USD, and such payments may be collected via a designated third party payment agent.

g. A Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be added to any subscription charge or purchase you make from us whether online or offline, which will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.

h. All the advertised prices for our products and services are subject to change without prior notice.

3.8. We do not guarantee the fitness or merchantability of the data published in our materials to your particular business.

3.9. CMarkits will not be responsible for in case of any loss or damage caused to your business as a consequence of the use of our publications.

4. Cancellation of Subscription and Refund Policy

4.1. Subscriptions to any of CMarkits products may be cancelled according to the following conditions:

a. Annual subscription may be cancelled by the Subscriber within (30) days after making or renewing a subscription. A 30% charge will be made, on a no discount basis, if the subscription is cancelled within the first (30) days of subscription.

b. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time throughout the year without any charges. However, no refund will be given for the month in which a subscription is cancelled, and the subscription will cease at the end of that particular month. 

c. By CMarkits if the Subscriber is found in breach of the Terms of Use.

d. By CMarkits if Subscriber does not pay any due subscription fees within 14 days of notice.

f. By CMarkits on written notice under circumstances that lead to a conflict of business interests.

g. Under any conditions where subsection is cancelled by us, CMarkits will refund the Subscriber a prorated refund representing the value of the unused subscriptions.

4.2. In case the subscriber is found in breach of the Terms of Use, they will indemnify CMarkits, or any of its third parties, for any loss, damage or cost resulting from such violation including the legal fees.
